Elevator Maintenance Services

The County of Santa Cruz is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, and emergency response for all County-operated elevators. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining 12 elevators across multiple County buildings. The contract is expected to last for 3 years, with an option for renewal. The County is looking for a contractor with at least 5 years of experience providing elevator maintenance services to public agencies or similar entities. • The contractor must have an active California C-11 Elevator Contractor License • The contractor must have technicians who are Certified Elevator Technicians (CET) or equivalent • The contractor must have adequate staffing for scheduled and emergency services • The contractor must have the ability to provide 24/7 emergency response • The contractor must have the ability to monitor emergency elevator phones where required
