Design-Build District 3 Supervisor Office Suite

The County of Mohave is seeking a Design-Build Team to design and construct a new District 3 Supervisor Office Suite. The project will be a single-story, 1,000 sq. ft. building with a 50-year life expectancy. The building will include a conference room, executive office, office, reception area, unisex restroom, coffee bar/break area, and IT/mechanical and/or storage room. The project will be constructed on an existing open space on the campus of the Lake Havasu City Senior Center. The Design-Build Team will be responsible for all design and construction services, including surveying, engineering, architectural and structural design, site engineering, and utility connections. • The project has a budget of approximately $400,000. • The Design-Build Team will be selected through a two-step process, with the top three firms invited to submit technical and price proposals. • The project is expected to be completed within 50 years. • The County is seeking a cost-efficient design that meets all local building code requirements and regulations. • The project will require site improvements, including all utilities, site parking delineation, and access.
