Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide data telecommunications services for the State of Maryland. The services will provide connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Master Contract and the terms of this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). The contractor will be responsible for furnishing key personnel, maintaining end-to-end network availability, and providing maintenance support.
• The contractor must meet the technical requirements described in Section 2.3 of the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract RFP No. F50B4400028.
• The contractor must meet the requirements for Functional Area III as specified in Section 2.6 of the RFP and as further refined in this PORFP.
• The contractor must furnish key personnel as described in RFP section 2.16, within thirty (30) days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• The contractor must maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit.
• The contractor must provide maintenance support to the locations specified in this PORFP on a 24x7x365 basis.
