The Department of Veterans Affairs, Albany VAMC, intends to award a sole source contract for the purchase of a VIP Glenoid Reaming System Set. The system is necessary to support orthopedic surgical procedures, specifically total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty, and is compatible with existing Arthrex implants.
