Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for Instrument Services for the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Public Health. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The services required include all parts, labor, and travel for unlimited breakdowns, two-day response time for breakdowns, one planned maintenance service and two qualifications per year, digital remote support, and access to technical support. The bidder must specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications.
• The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
• The contract may be terminated immediately for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or failure to deliver within the specified time.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and energy efficiency.
• The contractor must also comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other federal statutes.
