Foundations for Operating the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource: the NAIRR Operations Center (NAIRR-OC)

The National Science Foundation (NSF) seeks a single awardee to establish and operate the NAIRR Operations Center (NAIRR‑OC), the core organization that will transition the NAIRR Pilot into a sustainable national AI research infrastructure. The awardee will provide organizational leadership, build capabilities and community, and coordinate with existing pilot partners to deliver a unified AI research portal, data resources, and outreach programs. The solicitation is open to U.S. for‑profit, non‑profit, federal agencies, FFRDCs, and institutions of higher education.
