Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the removal and installation of a roll-up door for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) located at Fort Johnson, 4347 Texas Avenue, Leesville, Louisiana. The job requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to complete the work. A jobsite visit is mandatory prior to bid opening. The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions, with a total contract term not exceeding 36 months.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services to remove and install the roll-up door.
