Animal Care Services - New Veterinary Hospital and Master Planning

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the construction of a new veterinary hospital and master planning. The project includes a single-story facility with a reception area, office, pharmacy, x-ray, surgery, holding areas, toilet rooms, and storage. The project also includes MEP, structural, civil, and landscape work. The construction contract time for the project is 210 days. • The project requires a wide range of services, including site concrete, masonry, metals, woods and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, special construction, conveying equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of the solicitation. • The City of Laredo will not reimburse any firm for any costs involved in the preparation and submission of bids. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond.
