The Texas A&M University System is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for the Research & Innovation Building A project at Fort Worth, Texas. The CMAR firm will be responsible for constructability guidance, cost estimates, and construction schedules, as well as providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) upon approval by the Board of Regents.
