STL District, St. Charles County, construct Josephville road construct the roadway, box culvert, and drainage improvements and other appurtenances

The St. Charles County is seeking bids for the construction of Josephville Road, Phase I Improvements, and Josephville Road Bridge over Tributary of Cuivre River. The project includes furnishing materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to construct the roadway, box culvert, and drainage improvements. The successful bidder will be required to meet the MoDOT requirements as a CONTRACTOR and comply with the Safety Program Training requirements of Section 292.675 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. • The project is split into two phases, with each phase having a separate bid form. • The successful low bidder will be defined as the responsive, responsible bidder whose total bid is lowest. • The DBE goal for this letting is a minimum of 0% of the total contract amount. • All labor used in the construction of this public improvement shall be paid a wage no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages of work of a similar character in this locality. • A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required.
