Description
The VA Black Hills Health Care System is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price service provider to operate, maintain, and monitor four SANIKILL water‑treatment units at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for chemical dosing, remote monitoring, monthly site visits, preventive maintenance, reagent delivery, training of VA staff, and annual reporting, all in compliance with VHA Directive 1061(4) and related federal regulations.
• Provide labor, tools, consumables, and OEM parts for four SANIKILL systems (one cold‑water unit, three hot‑water units).
• Perform monthly inspections, water sampling, chemical adjustments, and preventive maintenance (monthly, semi‑annual, annual tasks).
• Deliver required reagents, maintain web‑based monitoring, train VA personnel, and submit quarterly/annual reports.
