The solution must enable rapid search by address, individual name, or phone number and instantly display relevant, location‑specific intelligence on an interactive map that supports multiple agency‑defined layers, role‑based access, and access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The vendor will configure the system, integrate existing data sources, provide training for administrators and end‑users, and deliver ongoing support, maintenance, and software updates for an initial one‑year term (with four optional one‑year renewals).
