Description
The Oklahoma Department of Libraries is seeking a contractor to develop a comprehensive agency-wide 2028-2032 Strategic Plan, evaluate Oklahoma's current 2023-2027 Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) five-year plan, and develop Oklahoma's 2028-2032 LSTA five-year plan that complements the Strategic Plan. The contractor will provide services to support the development of these plans.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Development of a comprehensive agency-wide strategic plan
• Evaluation of the current LSTA five-year plan
• Development of a new LSTA five-year plan
• Alignment of the LSTA plan with the strategic plan
The contractor will be required to submit a bid that includes a detailed proposal, pricing, and other relevant information. The bid must be submitted through the Oklahoma Supplier Portal by the deadline.
