(Sole Source) College of American Pathologists CAP (TOX)

The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences is seeking a supplier to provide proficiency test samples for toxicology testing as part of their accreditation maintenance with the National Association of Medical Examiners (NAME), ISO 17025, and ANAB requirements. The College of American Pathologists (CAP) is an approved accredited vendor and will be used as a compliance tool with ISO. The supplier must provide the required test samples to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences located at 1051 Wire Road, Auburn, AL 36832. • The contract is for FY26 and is a sole source procurement. • The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the system. • The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
