TERMINAL ISLAND WATER RECLAMATION PLANT (TIWRP) POLYMER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT (CIP 5261) (RE-BID)

The City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the replacement of the polymer blending system at the Terminal Island Water Reclamation Plant. The project involves removing outdated equipment, implementing automation, and integrating DCS for improved maintenance and operation. The contractor will install new neat polymer transfer pumps, diluted polymer delivery pumps, two 7,000 gal batch mixing tanks, flow control valves, VFDs, electrical and control equipment. The contractor must possess a valid State of California Contractor's License Classification of "A". • The bid documents are available on the Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMPLA) website. • The project is subject to the provisions of the Department of Public Works Project Labor Agreement and the Local Business Preference Program. • The City shall grant a bid reduction to certified Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms, Local Small Business (LSB) firms, and Local Transitional Employer (LTE) firms.
