Budget estimate

$400,000 – $800,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Assuming an average market price of $200‑$400 per evidence kit (including all components and packaging), 2,000 kits would total between $400,000 and $800,000. Vendors may achieve lower pricing through volume discounts or by offering environmentally preferred products, while higher‑end estimates account for premium materials and rapid delivery. Therefore a reasonable expected budget range is roughly $400 K‑$800 K.
