The City of Hays is seeking proposals for design engineering services related to the reconstruction of two street projects. The first project involves the reconstruction of 22nd Street from Vine Street to Canterbury Drive, while the second project involves the reconstruction of Oak Street from 27th Street to 29th Street and General Hays Road from Centennial Boulevard to 27th Street. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering services, including field surveys, design plans, and bid documents.
