Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide room pressure monitors for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System. The contract requires the vendor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, incidentals, and supervision necessary to provide the necessary equipment and associated devices. The monitors will be used to validate airflow for supply chain management operations spaces. The contract includes 30 RPM10 PresSura Standard Room Pressure Monitors, 5 RPM20 PresSura Standard Room Pressure Monitors, and 5 PresSura Through-The-Wall Room Pressure Sensors. Key features of the monitors include accurate pressure measurement, audible and visual alarms, and compliance with ANSI/ASHRAE/ASHE Standard 170-2013. The vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations.

* The monitors must be compatible with BACnet/Modbus and have a 25 ft cable

* The contract includes a warranty for the equipment
