Description
The Idaho Transportation Department is seeking bids for janitorial and snow removal services at the Lenore Rest Area. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with the option to renew for two additional two-year periods. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning restrooms, picnic areas, and other facilities, as well as snow removal and other tasks as specified in the contract. The bidder must also provide a resident caretaker to live on-site and perform tasks as required.
