S299--ALEXANDRIA MAT SERVICE- Unrestricted

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide mat services at the Alexandria VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for exchanging floor mats and runners every two weeks to ensure they are being rotated out and cleaned on a consistent basis. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, uniforms, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the mat services. The period of performance is five years with five one-year ordering periods. • The contractor must provide mat services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must ensure all designated areas have floor mats and runners. • The contractor's floor mats and runners must be of a quality and condition acceptable to the Alexandria VA Health Care Systems. • The contractor must guarantee delivery of the highest quality textile floor mats and runners services.
