Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide Fire Fighter Uniforms, specifically Brand Name Only: Workrite Nomex Pants and Short Sleeve Shirts. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must provide the uniforms within 30 calendar days after receipt of the delivery order. The contractor must also comply with various packaging and marking requirements, as well as provide proof of delivery documents.
• The contractor must provide a fixed unit price for the uniforms.
• The contractor must comply with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 315210 and the size standard of 750 employees.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the statement authorizing the distributor/reseller to set their own prices and discounts, if applicable.
