Description
The US Navy is seeking a quotation for the procurement of INTEGRO, PREHEAT SHU, a preheat controller and power streamer. The contractor shall provide a firm-fixed price for the entire requirement, and the quoted prices shall include all costs associated with materials, labor, packaging, and delivery. The contractor shall also provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items, and ensure that the items are free of mercury and mercury compounds.
* The contractor shall deliver the items to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard IMF, and the delivery schedule shall be estimated.
* The contractor shall provide a statement confirming full agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation.
* The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered.
* The contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an invoice and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
