Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Based on typical statewide asbestos/lead abatement contracts that cover multiple facilities, a reasonable estimate ranges from about $1 million for a minimal scope to $5 million for extensive remediation, travel, disposal, and monitoring costs over the three‑year maximum term. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of sites, square footage treated, waste disposal fees, and any optional work ordered during the contract period.
