STAR Center Bldg. 100 Switchgear Trip Unit Replacement and Circuit Breaker Reconditioning Rebid

The Pinellas County STAR Center is seeking a contractor to upgrade the BBC Metalclad LV (480 Volt) Switchgear Trip unit and recondition the circuit breakers at two electrical switchgear rooms. The project aims to maintain the existing electrical infrastructure and provide power to the STAR Center building 100 and its tenants. The contractor will be required to replace trip units, recondition low voltage metal clad circuit breakers, and provide testing reports. The project will be completed over a 3-year period. • The contractor must have experience in similar projects and provide a bonding letter from a surety indicating the maximum amount their company can bond for. • The contractor must complete and return the OpenGov Fillable-Final form and provide reference letters from companies that they have performed projects of a similar size and scope. • The contractor is responsible for all permits and must comply with the insurance requirements listed in the solicitation document. • The contractor must provide a minimum of three reference letters from companies that they have performed projects of a similar size and scope.
