Men and Women Neckties-Scotland Sewing Plant

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Men and Women Neckties for Scotland Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis. The contract will have an initial term of three years, and the State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Vendors must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization to distribute or resell the products. The contract will require the vendor to deliver Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the Scotland Sewing Plant, with all transportation costs and fees included in the total bid price. • The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products. • The vendor must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization. • The vendor must deliver Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the Scotland Sewing Plant. • The vendor must include all transportation costs and fees in the total bid price. • The vendor must provide a sample representative of each item offered. • The vendor must complete and upload the required attachments, including the Pricing Form, HUB Supplemental Vendor Information, and Customer Reference Template.
