Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to execute the Pinon Chapter Road Maintenance Project, which includes mobilization, surveying, subgrade preparation, drainage crossing installation, concrete work, geosynthetics, riprap, backfilling, road reconditioning, and signage, all in compliance with FHWA FP‑14 specifications. The contract will be for a one‑year term with a construction phase limited to 75 calendar days, and performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount are required.
• Scope covers full road rehabilitation, drainage pipe and culvert installation, and associated civil works.
• Contractor must submit a detailed schedule, equipment list, safety and traffic‑control plans, and provide bonds before notice to proceed.
• Submissions are sealed hard‑copy, due by 3 PM MDT on 01 Apr 2026; award expected the week of 06 Apr 2026.
