Tree Maintenance Services

Charles County Public Schools is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified bidders to provide tree maintenance services on an "on-call, as needed basis" at CCPS work sites. The successful vendor/contractor will supply all supervision, labor, equipment, transportation, and insurance. The work will include tree felling, pruning, trimming, removal, and stump grinding as directed by the Supervisor of Maintenance or their designee. • The contract will be for a period of one year with four one-year renewal options. • The vendor/contractor must provide fully burdened hourly rates, including all labor, equipment, supervision, overhead, and profit. • The vendor/contractor must have a license to work in the State of Maryland. • The vendor/contractor must provide references and a list of equipment that will be used to perform the requirements of the bid. • CCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards and to reject all bids.
