Description
The National Institutes of Health is seeking a contractor to provide a fully integrated journal submission, manuscript review, and web publishing/hosting platform solution for the Journal of Replication and Reproducibility. The contractor will be responsible for providing web hosting, submission and open peer review, preprint and final publication, single-source XML publishing, code repositories, containerized compute, continuous publication, and related platform support services. The contract will be for a period of one year, from September 28, 2026, to September 27, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a fully integrated journal submission and web publishing/hosting platform solution.
• The contractor must provide web hosting, submission and open peer review, preprint and final publication, single-source XML publishing, code repositories, containerized compute, continuous publication, and related platform support services.
• The contractor must ensure that all deliverables are provided electronically, unless otherwise directed by the Government.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to information security, privacy, and accessibility.
