Description
The Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Financial & Fiscal Monitoring Services. The selected contractor will conduct independent reviews of the Board's Sub-Recipients and Contractors, assessing financial management practices, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and fiscal operations. The goal is to ensure fiscal accountability, transparency, and program integrity. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional years.
• The contractor will assess financial management practices and systems, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• The contractor will identify areas of risk, non-compliance, weakness, or needed corrective action.
• The contractor will provide recommendations for improvement to ensure fiscal accountability and program integrity.
• The contract will be managed through the Euna Procurement/Bonfire portal.
