This solicitation seeks a contractor to fully renovate the kitchen and bathroom of Quarters 5, an existing residential housing unit at Oregon Caves National Monument & Preserve. The work is interior residential renovation (commercial construction) on a firm‑fixed‑price basis and includes demolition, disposal, new appliances, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, lighting, ADA‑compliant flooring, and finish work. The contractor must attend a government‑hosted site visit, submit a detailed construction schedule, accident‑prevention plan, and product submittals, and comply with all applicable building, safety, and environmental codes. The contract period is 60 calendar days, weather‑included, with no liquidated damages. All demolition debris must be recycled where feasible, and the contractor is responsible for any unforeseen site conditions per FAR clause 52.236‑2.
