Upgrade ADA Ramp at Hawley Hall

The State University of New York at Albany (Uptown Campus) will receive sealed bids for project number 1629 titled Upgrade ADA Ramp at Hawley Hall until 2:30pm on 03/11/2026 at University at Albany, Service Building “A”, 1400 Washington Ave., Albany, NY 12222 Room 103, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work of this Contract herein shall be started and substantially completed for each venue and work location listed below during the following dates:Hawley Hall – Downtown CampusAll work for this Project must be Fully Complete no later than 08/14/2026. This walk through is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended that anyone truly interested in this project attends the site visit. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $260,000 for this project. Please note that this project is exempt from the Wicks Law.
