Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey for a Solar Powered Surveillance Trailer System for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The system should include a lightweight surveillance trailer base, 20 ft telescoping mast, flexible cabling system, power system with 400 Ah battery pack, and other technical specifications. • The system must be able to provide continuous 360-degree pan and 10X optical zoom.
• The system must include a power control module with high efficiency MPPT charge controller and LCD control panel.
