Description
The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a contractor to provide tree maintenance services, including pruning and removal, for the 2026 winter season. The contractor must have specialized expertise and derive the majority of their annual income from arboricultural work. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the best value to the City, and the successful bidder will be required to execute a written contract within 10 days of receipt.
