Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for a Blanket Order Contract to provide Limestone for the Louisiana Department of Corrections. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to deliver limestone on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of a truckload at a time. The limestone must be delivered within three business days of receipt of order.
• The contract is for the provision of #57 Limestone and #610 Limestone.
• The contractor must be able to deliver the limestone within three business days of receipt of order.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
• The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions.
