Westlake Relief Drain (WRD) Rehabilitation Unit 5 - Ferndale to Obama

The City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the Westlake Relief Drain (WRD) Rehabilitation Unit 5 - Ferndale to Obama project. The project involves rehabilitating approximately 3,309 linear feet of sewer along Mansfield and La Brea Avenues, including 2,944 linear feet of 54-inch circular RCP tile-lined sewer, 246 linear feet of 30-inch circular double barrel cast iron siphon pipe, and 119 linear feet of 36-inch circular VCP air lines. The project also includes rehabilitating manholes and siphon inlet/outlet structures, reconnecting house connections and sewer laterals, and other related work. • The bid package is available for download on the City's website. • A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2026, at 10:00 am via Google Meet. • Bids are due by July 15, 2026, at 5:00 pm. • The project is expected to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
