6515--Sterile Drying Cabinet-RFQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a vendor to provide a Sterile Drying Cabinet for the Sterile Processing Service (SPS). The cabinet should be a freestanding cabinet with a glass door, touchscreen controls, and a stainless steel construction. The vendor will be responsible for the installation, removal of the current unit, and disposal of the old unit. The delivery schedule should be coordinated with the facilities in advance, and the vendor must provide staff onsite for deliveries. • The cabinet should have a glass door that allows the operator to easily view the devices being dried. • The cabinet should have touchscreen controls that track the drying time per shelf. • The cabinet should be equipped with an internal LED lighting system. • The cabinet should have a removable bottom stainless-steel drip pan for easy cleaning. • The cabinet should be compatible with tubing with luer lock connectors. • The cabinet should have a timer countdown to advise when medical devices are nearing their selected drying time limits. • The cabinet should have temperature control that allows the user to set the temperature from ambient to 136 degree F.
