Description
The Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation is seeking bids for the installation of a commercial playground at Paris Landing State Park. The project includes furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, supplies, and labor. The contractor must possess an active specialty license for Playground Installation and comply with State-approved versions of the IBC, standards, regulations, and manufacturer's recommendations. The project must be completed by December 30, 2026.
• The contractor shall not assign this contract or enter into a subcontract without prior written approval of Facilities Management.
• All work shall comply with State-approved versions of the IBC, standards, regulations, and manufacturer's recommendations.
• The contractor is responsible for all permits and associated fees.
• Invoices shall be submitted for payment not before project completion and final project acceptance but also no later than ten (10) days after project completion and acceptance.
