Description
The Town of Tallulah Falls is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional engineering design firms to provide preliminary engineering, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services for the Town's upcoming water improvement program. The program includes water storage and distribution. The selected firm will be required to have experience with federally funded projects and must be qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia.
• The SOQs should include information about the firm's history, resources, and experience with federally funded projects.
• The firm should also provide information about its key personnel, proposed approach, and ability to provide the required services.
• The Town of Tallulah Falls reserves the right to accept or reject any and all SOQs and to waive informalities in the procurement process.
• The selected firm will be considered on a project-by-project basis for federally funded opportunities that may arise in the next 24-month period.
