Carrell Canal Closed Drainage Design

The City of Fort Myers is seeking qualified engineering consultants to design a closed‑drainage system that will replace the existing open Carrell Canal between US 41 and the Ten‑Mile Canal. The scope includes design of a permanent emergency pumping station, a 12‑foot multi‑use asphalt path, required surveying, utility coordination, geotechnical investigations, permit‑ready construction documents, cost estimating, and construction‑phase support.
