Description
The Board of Education of Frederick County is seeking qualified contractors to replace a failing chiller at Windsor Knolls Middle School. Bids must be submitted electronically via OpenGov Procurement by September 25, 2026, with a pre‑proposal site meeting on September 10, 2026. The contract will cover removal of the existing chiller, procurement and installation of a new HVAC chiller system, associated piping, controls, testing, and commissioning. Successful bidders must be registered with the Maryland e‑procurement system and provide all required documentation.
