The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking bids for Legal Document e-Access Subscriptions to support their research and download legal reference materials. The subscription should provide access to legal materials, including databases, and allow for non-commercial printing and saving of materials. The subscription should also have a feature to administer access per facility user guidelines and provide customer service support and training.
