Description
Copiah County, Mississippi is seeking qualified engineering firms or individual engineers to provide full‑service engineering support for FY 2027 Delta Regional Authority (DRA) projects. The scope covers preparation of plans and specifications, bid document preparation and distribution, assistance with bid opening and tabulation, construction contract execution support, pre‑construction conferences, construction inspection, periodic reporting, and review/approval of construction payment requests. Proposals are evaluated on qualifications (40 %), experience (40 %), and capacity for performance (20 %). Price is not considered in the ranking; the award will be a fixed‑price contract subject to DRA funding. The solicitation encourages participation from minority‑ and women‑owned businesses.
