The Department of Veteran’s Affairs is seeking information from small business manufacturers or distributors of small business manufacturers for a warehouse utility vehicle. The vehicle should be a 2026 Range Crew 1000 Premium Rover, fully assembled, tested, and ready for service. The contractor shall also provide operator manuals, warranty documentation, and on-site delivery. The vehicle will be used at the Castle Point VA grounds. • The vehicle should have a liquid cooling system, 999 cc cylinder displacement, and a selectable on-demand all-wheel drive. • The vehicle should have a 4-stroke twin cylinder SOHC engine type and electronic fuel injection. • The vehicle should have a bed box dimension of 36.7 x 54.2 x 12.5" and a payload capacity of 1,700 lbs. • The vehicle should have a towing capacity of 2,500 lbs and a turning radius of 17 ft. • The vehicle should have a 4-wheel hydraulic disc brake system and a park in-transmission parking brake.
