Description
The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking a vendor to handle the full lifecycle of spent granular activated carbon (GAC) – removal from existing equipment, transportation to an approved disposal facility, proper disposal in compliance with New Jersey hazardous waste regulations, and the subsequent reinstallation of a custom‑reactivated GAC system at the township’s site. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the prescribed forms and pay a $75 fee to obtain the bid package. The contract will be awarded based on the bid evaluation after the deadline, and the township reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any bids.
• Scope includes removal, transport, disposal, and reinstallation of GAC.
• Must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5‑31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regulations.
• Bids are sealed, submitted by April 29 2026, 10 a.m., and must include the specified envelope labeling.
