The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking qualified vendors to supply a wide variety of LED traffic signal modules and related accessories. The solicitation is structured as a two‑phase reverse‑auction bid: Phase 1 requires unpriced technical offers; Phase 2 accepts pricing in an online reverse‑auction.
