5th Brigade JROTC Drill Team Championship

The U.S. Army is seeking information from potential contractors to support the 2026 5th Brigade JROTC Drill Team Championship. The event will be held on February 6-7, 2026, within a 50-mile radius of San Antonio, TX. The contractor will be required to provide a facility with at least 100,000 square feet of unobstructed space, as well as equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor. The contractor will also need to provide food concessions at no cost to the government. The government is looking for small businesses to respond to this sources sought notice, and the responses will be used to determine if the requirement can be set aside for small businesses. Some key requirements for the contractor include: * Providing a facility with sufficient restroom space for approximately 1,000 JROTC Cadets, Chaperones, Judges, Instructors, and Parents * Providing three separate rooms, each approximately 10,000 square feet, for the Judge/Scoring area, JROTC Drill Team Inspection Phase, and rehearsal activities * Providing an elevated stage for an event control center/awards stand * Providing chairs, tables, and loading dock access * Maintaining the facility in a clean and orderly manner * Not charging admission to access the facility or view the competition
