Crow Service Unit: Annual Elevator PM Services

The Indian Health Service is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), and any other category of vendor capable of performing annual elevator preventative maintenance services at the Crow Service Unit in Montana. The selected contractor will be required to provide monthly preventative maintenance services, annual elevator inspection services, emergency response support, and emergency phone monitoring services. The contractor must have experience in elevator inspection and preventative maintenance services and must be able to perform all work in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and industry codes, standards, and regulations. Key features of the job include: • Monthly preventative maintenance services for all three elevators • Annual inspection services for all three elevators • Emergency repair response within twenty-four hours of notification • Emergency phone monitoring services, including 24-hour call-in services • Compliance with applicable codes, regulations, safety standards, and inspection requirements governing elevator inspection, maintenance, repair, and operation
