Description
The Norfolk County Sheriff's Office is seeking bids for the interior renovation of the Braintree Public Safety Complex - Annex. The project includes furnishing all permits, labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to renovate an existing 2-story building approximately 2,600 square feet in need of finishes. The building is commercially zoned.
• The procurement method is conducted pursuant to applicable state and federal laws, including Massachusetts General Law c. 30 section 39M, public works contracts for construction, alteration, remodeling, or repair.
• A mandatory walkthrough/pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, or Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the site.
• Bid documents will be available for pick up at the walkthrough.
• The project shall commence on the date specified in the written 'Notice to Proceed' and shall be completed by June 30, 2026.
• A CORI check is required of all workers on the jobsite.
