Description
The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive exterior painting and staining services for the District Attorney and Probation offices in Breckenridge, CO. The work includes full surface preparation, application of specified wood‑stain and urethane finishes, and all required traffic control, safety, and warranty provisions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the technical and schedule requirements.
• Scope: Power‑wash, scrape, repair, and apply two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes solid stain plus Helmsman satin spar urethane to all exterior soffit, fascia, freeze board, clear‑wood trim, timber posts, beams, and transom.
• Requirements: OSHA‑compliant fall protection, provision of barricades and flagmen, adherence to a May‑September work window, 1‑year warranty, and 10 % retainage.
