This solicitation seeks a professional engineering firm (or joint‑venture team) to design and provide construction‑support for statewide Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) devices, including approximately six CCTV camera sites, two Dynamic Message Signs, and two speed‑detector/RWIS configurations. The work is divided into pre‑design, 95 % design, final design, and construction‑support phases, with KDOT providing specifications and oversight. The contractor must be pre‑qualified in the ITS (Category 163) or otherwise submit qualifying documentation, and must comply with federal restrictions on the use of covered foreign‑origin drones.
